Ukuleles and Guitars

Ever wanted to play an instrument? You can check out ukuleles and guitars from Lincoln City Libraries! The instruments can be checked out just like books, with a 3-week loan period. The ukuleles are a variety of colorful soprano ukes provided to the library by the Lincoln Ukulele Group, and the guitars are a variety of acoustics provided by the Polley Music Library. You can place holds to pick up these instruments at a branch most convenient for you.

There is a brief instructional insert included with each guitar or ukulele, but if you want more resources, be sure to drop by the Polley Music Library on the 2nd floor of the Bennett Martin Public Library, where you can find lots of instructional materials and songbooks featuring music from a wide range of genres.
