Community Book Discussion Groups
One of the main goals of One Book - One Lincoln is to encourage residents to read and openly discuss the same book. Talking about great literature with others often adds richness and depth to the experience of reading. We encourage you to join other members of the community in discussing I Am a Man during September, October and November. Everyone is welcome; there will be no need to pre-register.[NOTE: The list of discussion opportunities may continue to grow as we hear from additional book discussion groups. Please revisit this page for updated information as One Book - One Lincoln continues.]
We can provide a discussion leader for your group
So you want to have a One Book - One Lincoln discussion group, but you don't have a discussion leader? This Fall and Winter, Lincoln City Libraries staff will be available to book groups, extension clubs, organizations and businesses interested in hosting a discussion group.
