Extent of Collection: 13 linear inches.

Storage: Maintained as received in 5 binders, with plastic sleeves protecting documents. Binders kept in acid free box. Temperature and humidity are monitored and controlled.

Abstract: Personal and business documents, press releases and newspaper clippings trace the career of publisher, businessman and philanthropist Clifton Hillegass (1918-2001), perhaps best known as the publisher of “Cliffs Notes.”

Dates: Inclusive dates for the collection are 1918-2001.
