America Recycles Day, November 15, is the only nationally recognized day dedicated to encouraging Americans to recycle and to buy recycled products. During the month of October, pledge forms and boxes are placed at a number of locations (including Lincoln City Libraries locations) for residents to complete. People can also complete the pledge on-line. The completed pledge form serves as an entry into local prize drawings.
