The Lincoln City Libraries provide a service that delivers your favorite library materials directly to your home - at no charge! Lincoln and Lancaster county residents who are unable to visit the library because of a temporary or permanent disability can receive library materials delivered directly to their homes by the United States Postal Service.To register, qualified participants need to print and fill out this form and mail it to: Home Outreach by Mail Service Your library materials will arrive in a blue canvas bag. Materials are loaned for three weeks. When you are ready to return the bag of materials, turn the postage paid label over so the library address is showing and place the bag of items in your mail box. Lincoln and Lancaster county residents who are unable to visit the library because of a temporary or permanent disability can receive library materials delivered directly to their homes by the United States Postal Service.
Your library materials will arrive in a blue canvas bag. Materials are loaned for three weeks. When you are ready to return the bag of materials, turn the postage paid label over so the library address is showing and place the bag of items in your mail box.
