These story bits were created by teens at Gere Library's "What's the Story Here" writing workshop. We started using random pictures, and then worked on character development. Then we used that character to begin a story, focusing on how the character's conflict would drive the plot.
We had great fun trying out our character's voices, and reading and workshopping our attempts with each other. The results are merely a snippet of an entire story - a little window into what might be created. Each author has chosen a pseudonym to protect his or her cool teen identity.
We hope you enjoy our efforts.
