TAB Hunger Games

Summer Reading Volunteers

Here's a checklist of things to do in order to become a Summer Reading Volunteer:

Have each section of this form completed including the permission section.
Starting April 15th, sign up at the Lincoln City Libraries branch of your choice. You will choose the hours that you would like to volunteer at this time. IMPORTANT: You are required to sign up for a time slot before attending training.
Attend training at the branch where you will be volunteering. Bring this completed form to the training session you attend. (If you're volunteering at Gere Branch, please bring the form and this signed contract when you sign up.) All information must be complete on your form in order to volunteer.

Anderson	Tuesday, May 25, 7:00-7:45 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, 4:00-4:45 p.m.
