ConnectED Accounts

Lincoln City Libraries is proud to partner with Lincoln Public Schools to offer the ConnectED program. ConnectED gives every school age child in Lincoln Public Schools a library account to increase access to library materials both physical and digital. Current LPS students, pre-K to grade 12, are assigned a ConnectED account when they enroll in school. ConnectED accounts are limited to five items for checkout and will not accrue late fees.

Please note that access to Lincoln City Libraries’ OverDrive collection is available for ConnectED accounts only through Lincoln Public Schools’ Sora app. Due to Lincoln Public Schools restrictions, ConnectEd accounts cannot access Hoopla.

Our shared goal with ConnectED is to promote the resources that public libraries offer in support of student success in school. Please contact your nearest branch library for more information. Students can access these accounts using their student ID number. Parents or guardians of any LPS student may choose to opt out of the ConnectED program at any time.
