Strategic Plan 2024-2027

Regular strategic planning is essential for setting direction and providing clarity for Lincoln City Libraries. It helps align resources to maximize community impact. In 2023-2024 LCL staff, the Library Board, and community members worked together with Parlay Consulting to concentrate  efforts on understanding the needs of our community. This collaboration created a unified approach from multiple perspectives and established a clear path forward. As responsible stewards, the library must regularly assess itself and its community to ensure its vision remains relevant and accountable. A refreshed process, new perspective, and updated evaluation were necessary to ensure that future resource alignment aligns with our vision, goals, and new priorities—shaped by feedback from both our core supporters and the broader community.
